Shipping policy

In general, if the watches are in stock with the brand they would be packed and shipped within a week of the order, delivery timelines can vary depending on which part of the world the watches are shipping from and how long customs inspections take.

For pre-orders timelines can be in excess of several weeks, this is wholly dependant upon the timelines dictated by the brand and their launch timelines for the new watches. We work closely with the brands to monitor progress and inform everyone of expected timescales and updates to progress along the way.

For custom collaborations, timelines here can be several months whilst the brand works with their manufacturing team to design, build and test the watches before shipping and delivery to us in the UK. Again, we work very closely with our brands to monitor progress of delivery and keep you informed every step of the way.
